He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard David Stout and Catherine M. Sprenger Stout; his wife Wilma Stout of Virginia; his sons, Donald, Robert and James; and his siblings, Eugene J. Stout, John D. Stout and Dorothy Anderson.
He is survived by: his son Randy C. Stout of Clarkston; his grandson Jason L. Stout of Uniontown; his great grandchild Lawson Stout of Cheney; and his sisters, Myrtle Fulfs and Francis Taufen. He is also survived by numerous nephews and nieces.
Social distancing and standard protocols are suggested.
