He is survived by: his former wife Mary Jane Wilcox; his children, Richard L. Haynes and Bobbi Jo Haynes; his wife Vernie M. Haynes; his stepchildren, Michael Eubank and Arleen Jackson; and his grandson Kenneth Montee.
