He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Woolsey and Rachel Woolsey (Welch) of Ogden, Utah.; and his nephew Joseph F. Pugh. He is survived by: his wife Jane Woolsey; his sisters, Janice Lein-Woosley and Dianna Paine; his siblings-in-law, Sandra Scruggs, Randy Bowlin (Jerry) and Terri Bowlin; and his pet Tinker.
