He was predeceased by: his father Dr. Jerry Scyphers. He is survived by: his mother Kay Fultz Scyphers; his daughters, Cassie and Madeline; his siblings, Pam and Steve; and his uncle Dr. Clark Futz. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews and numerous beloved friends.
