He was predeceased by: his parents, Bob Blair and Ann Blair. He is survived by: his wife Kay; his daughters, Amber Dahmen (Josh) of Lewiston and Jacqueline Schwartz (Dan) of Genesee; his grandchildren, Trevor, Alaina, Carson and Kaden; and his brother Mark of Diamondhead.

The family suggests memorial donations be made to the American Cancer Society.
