He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin Christenson and Gladys Lane Christenson; and his siblings, Wendellen, Lawrence, Donovan Christenson and Betty Christenson Kuhn.
He is survived by: his spouse Vernelle "Nell" Hamnes; his children, Karen Henry (David) of Dundee, Ore, Michael Christenson (LaShon) of Hillsboro and Brian Christenson (April) of Lewiston; and his sister Kathy Christenson Emerson of Nampa. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
