He is survived by: his wife Sonja NaLova Drevlow; his son Louie Jay; his grandchildren, Louie G Perkins, Kirsten Perkins, Joshua Perkins (Madelon) of Louie Jay, Nathan Perkins, Chad Perkins, Megan Wright and Sara Schimke (Karen) of Jon; his great grandchildren, Joel Deluna, Noah Deluna and Louis Clive Perkins; and his brother Donald Perkins. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and brother and sister in-laws as well as friends.
