With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joe A. Chapman (Lewiston, Idaho), who passed away on June 25, 2019 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Manfield Chapman and Pauline Marie Crosby; his wife Rosalie Marie Shine; and his daughter Lora. He is survived by: his siblings, Richard Chapman of Lewiston, Lorraine Shaw (Bob) of Hayden Lake and John Chapman (Chris) of Lewiston; and his granddaughters, Meagan Keith, Allie Mooney, Jamie George and Chelsey Starkey. He is also survived by nine great-grandchildren; and his siblings.
