He was predeceased by: his grandmother Michele Garrett. He is survived by: his parents, Dale Garrett and Richel Garrett; and his grandparents, Rick Cahill, Vicky Cahill, Norman Garrett and Betty Whitmore. He is also survived by many uncles, aunts, cousins and friends.
In lieu of flowers, his family asks that donations be made to the Idaho Fish and Game Aquatic Education Program, 3316 16th St., Lewiston.
