He is survived by: his friends, Roy Bartlett of Clarkston and Penny Mcall Dixon; his former wife Jeannie Hays of Clarkston, WA; his stepchildren, Leland and Bartlett "Bart" Richard; his wife Linda Gant of Albion, WA; his children, Alecia Harper (Bink) of College Place, WA, Bart Phillips (Carrie) of Colfax, WA and Russell Harper (Megan Warnock) of Clarkston, WA; his grandchildren, Garrett, Wyatt, Emalee, Tycie, Parker, Kylie and Averie; and his sister Eva. He is also survived by 14 children.
