He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Cook and Zelda Stewart Cook; his wife Patsy Sawyer; and his siblings, Colleen, Patti, Janice, Tim (Janice) of Springview, Neb., Verlin (Joyce) of Rapid City, S. D., Carlyle (Beverly), Linda (Eddie), Sherwood and Ark.
He is survived by: his children, David Cook (Barb), Mark Cook, Deanna Warner (Paul), Darla Rogers (Pat) and Tena Boson (Rick). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.
