It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elaine Conder (Lewiston, Idaho), who passed away on July 8, 2019, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Vird Barney and Verla Barney (Bone); and her siblings, William Dale, Reid and Carol.
She is survived by: her children, Debra Freudiger (William), Joseph Conder (Mary) and Kymberly Oliver (Bryan); and her brother Nolan Barney (Carol). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
