He was predeceased by: his parents, Dominic (Rose Schaff) and Mont; his wife Patricia; his siblings, Cecilia Peterson and Ronald Hagel; and his grandson Jason Schaff.
He is survived by: his friends, Joanne (Arnone) and Duane Shears; his children, Donna Franklin (Randy) of Lewiston, Denise Clovis (Brent) of Lewiston, Donald Schaff (Tammy) of Boise, Debra Gill (Brent) of Lewiston and Dennis Schaff (Marie Floch) of Clarkston; his siblings, Bernice Degele of Denver, Esther Lagerwey of Billings and Robert Hagel of Billings; his grandchildren, Scott Chance (Jor'den), Shawn Chance (Lizabeth), Kennedy Maklos (Pete), Mayson Schaff (Parker Hendrickson) and Sage Jones; and his great grandchildren, Holland Chance, Jeffrey Chance, Jasmine Sphuler and Adelyn Maklos.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, May 2nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the All Saints Catholic Church (3330 14th St, Lewiston, ID 83501).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a charity of choice.
