He is survived by: his son Christoper Paul Eickhoff; his grandson Curtis Dale Christopher Eickhoff; his nephews, Gerry, Jeff Eickhoff and Wade Metzger; and his stepchildren, Patrice Estelle, Bryan Eberhardt and Heather Taylor.
