She was predeceased by: her parents, Lella Williams and Jim Williams; her siblings, Audrey Stickney, Mondell Williams, Chole-L Patterson, Theda Hubbard, Bonita Woodruff and Coye Dutton; her husbands, Cecil Stephens and Dr. William McDonald; and her stepson Michael McDonald (Sandy).

She is survived by: her sister Coye Fae; her friend Dr. William "Bill" J. McDonald of Missoula, Mont.; her children, Connie, Patrick Stephens (Grace), Kathleen Stachofsky (Gary), Linda Simpson (John) and Richard Stephens (Chris); her stepchildren, William "Bill" J. McDonald III and Patty Blackburn (Gary); and her grandchildren, Brian (Stephanie), Kevin (Sheila), Scott Stachofsky (Breanne), Paul Stephens (Cherie), Tanya Niermeier (Bryan), Keith Friberg (Teresa), Oliver, Thomas Stephens, William J. McDonald, Leeann McDonald Theard, Jason McDonald and Eric Blackburn.
