He was predeceased by: his parents, Basil Packwood and Grace Packwood; and his siblings, Bob, Ken, Lew and Laurel.
He is survived by: his sister Edna Ragsdale of Walla Walla, WA; and his sons, Robert of Laclede, ID and Sheldon of Sandpoint, ID. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family would prefer that you donate in Buster's name to Sandpoint Music Conservatory or the music education program of your choice.
