He was predeceased by: his parents, Virgil Smith and Lyvina Smith (Annerley); his stepmother Margorie; his sisters, Verna and Virginia; his daughter Natalie (Jeff Meredith); and his grandsons, Shawn, Jonathan and Isaiah.
He is survived by: his children, Marcia (Loren Butler), Rosey (Jim Johnson), Bud (Kim), Mark (Erion), Becky (Tim Williams), Scott (Dorinda Michaels), Heather (Doug Calhoun), Brady, Suzanne (Gary Timms) and Brianna (John Palmucci); and his wife Marcy. He is also survived by 27 grandchildren, 35 great-grandchildren and five great-great-grandchildren.
