He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Picard Sr. and Theodora "Teddi" Allman-Picard; his grandparents, Bill Sr. and Marie Allman; his siblings, Andre Picard Sr., Elizabeth "Missy" Picard and Julie "Punky" Picard; his nephews, Tony Picard, Albert Johnson, Quanah Picard, Theo Picard, Skylin Picard and Albert Picard; and his great grandchildren, Kailen Shaquille Vallee and Christine Rose Sampson.
He is survived by: his spouse Tracey Presnell; his children, Juanita Harris (Zachary) of Clarkston and Brad Picard Jr. (Karlee) of Lewiston; and his siblings, Eugene Picard Jr. (Kay) of Clarkston, Bill Picard (Lori) of Lapwai, Daniel Picard (Angie) of Lehi, Utah, Marylu Mendenhall and Lori Picard of Pendleton, Ore.. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; one great-granddaughter.
