He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Raymond Ellsworth and Ellen Ellsworth (Adams); his children, Debbie Hash (Mike), Cheri Shepherd (Jim) and Kent Ellsworth (Renee); his siblings, Pete Ellsworth (Katherina), Raymond Jr. Ellsworth (Lana) and Jacki Turner (Larry); his grandchildren, Kendra Cochrane (Shaun), Katie Hash (Travis Winther), Kiley Hash, Sara McGreal (Jamie), Dustin Shepherd (Emmy) and Delainee Ellsworth; and his great grandchildren, Brock, Brody, Bryce, Kinsley, Maverick, Aria, Lyla and Penny.
