She was predeceased by: her parents, Cecil Binona "Ben" Carpenter and Alice "Ted" Nell Forsman Carpenter; her husband Bill Noel; and her daughter Susan Noel Benscoter. She is survived by: her son Michael Noel; her children-in-law, Shirley Walters Noel and Kelly Benscoter (Opie); her grandchildren, Christopher Noel, Elizabeth Noel Aldrich (Ryan) and Kelsey Benscoter Olszko (Evan); and her great grandchildren, RJ and Jamison Aldrich.
