He was predeceased by: his parents, I. J. "Ike" Ostman and Margaret Ostman; his wife Lyla Jean Ostman (Weese); his son Greg; and his siblings, Zella, Bud, Fred, Wally, Lee and Roy.
He is survived by: his children, Roxie Grimm (Brad) of Lenore, Duane Ostman (Tracie) of Marysville, Wash. and Jeanette Ostman of Meridian; and his sister Nadene Wing. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to your local pet rescue or Veterans' charity.
