He is survived by: his brothers, Dale Fayle and Billy Fayle; his girlfriend Gayle Pipes; and his children, Leann Jensen (Brad), Nancy Fayle, Curtis Fayle (Shannon), Marsha Foreman (Jerry) and Teresa Bullinger (Gregg). He is also survived by 14 grandchildren & 18 great grandchildren.
