He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Kilburn and Fern Kilburn (Mason); and his brother Ronald Lee Kilburn. He is survived by: his sons, Randal Kilburn (Brandi) of Clearfield and Michael Kilburn (Lisa) of Elizabeth; and his grandchildren, Erica, Hollie, Allison, Brandon, Chad, Aimee, Corey, Casey and Braden. He is also survived by 9 great grandchildren.
