He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Janet R Whitehead; his mother June Smith; his siblings, Brian Smith and Patty Carmen; his son Frank Smith IV; his grandson Kasey Burgess; his children, Tanya Smith Burgess and Brad Smith; and his grandchildren, Kodee (Smith), Wendy Smith, Jayden E. Smith, Brendan D. Smith and Jeremy Burgess. He was also cherished by 5 great grandchildren.
