Arthur (Lockwood); his children, Daniel Arthur of Kamiah, Susan (Arthur) and Merrell (Leon) of Salem, Oregon; his stepsons, Ronald Willoughby Sr. (Kay) of Lewiston and Gary Willoughby (Judy) of Bristol, Florida; his siblings, Victor Arthur of Pocatello, Aaron Arthur of Warm Springs, Verna Johnson of Lewiston, Idaho. and Donna Konen of Lewiston, Idaho.; his wife Verna Arthur; his brothers, Mark Arthur, Walter Arthur and Edison Arthur; his grandparents, Reverend Mark, Mary Arthur, Lincoln and Amy Lockwood; his stepchildren, Charles Willoughby and Cathy Leach; and his stepgrandchildren, Crystal Graves and Nathanial Leach Jr. (Speedy). He was also cherished by 14 grandchildren and many great grandchildren plus many nieces and nephews.
