He is survived by: his brother-in-law Bill Hurt; his friends, Scott Ross and Rich Nearing; his stepchildren, Brad, Gene and Willow Eaton; and his siblings, Ruth Koester, Charles Johnson, June French and Betty Pierrard. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
