He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Shaw and Clarise Shaw. He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Friesen; his sons, Tim Shaw (Rita) of Nampa, ID and Ed Shaw (Pollyann) of Bliss, ID.; his granddaughter Aubrey Brown (Michael) of Los Alamos, NM.; and his brother J. D. Shaw (Mary).
