He was predeceased by: his parents, George LaVerne "Vern" Kulhanek and Artella Kathern Rosen (Small); and his brother Dennis Kulhanek. He is survived by: his children, Angela and Shadric; his grandchildren, Douglas and Stacey; his sibling Falls; his aunt Patty Bayliss; his brother Darrell Kulhanek (Joy); his sister-in-law Maxine Kulhanek; his siblings, Terry Kulhanek, Sandee Miller (Doug), Tom Rosen (Cindy), Becky Johansen and Patty Bekkedahl (Bruce); and his children, Ange' Black (Brian), Shad Miller (Carla), Doug Kulhanek (Dory) and Stacey Runyon (Heath). He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
