She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Ulysses Grant and Amanda Leona Barnes; her former husband Robert Moody; her brothers, Jennings, Elmo and Lee; and her children, Ron Moody (Teri), Ryan Moody (Debbie), Cheryl Urie (Mark) and Randy Moody (Teresa). She was also cherished by twelve grandchildren, fourteen great-grandchildren, and many, many friends.

Instead of flowers, donations to the Twin Falls Animal Shelter would be a fitting memorial for Dorothy.
