He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Bulcher and LaVon Bulcher; and his sister Linda. He is survived by: his wife Kathy Jo O'Dell; his children, South of Kimberly and Bruce; his siblings, Doug (Betsy), Rod (Brenda), Mark (MarJean) and Rhonda (Darlene); and his children, Michael Childress, Matthew (Lindsey), Rachel Ward (Mark), Daniel (Kalla) and Katherine Christensen (Cody).
