He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Hayes and Roselin Hayes (Sisson); and his son Matthew Hayes. He is survived by: his wife Edna Hayes (Jackson); his children, Theresa McAfee of Kentucky, Jim Hayes (Janet) of Florida and Shannon Miller (Casey) of Alaska; his grandchildren, Donovan, Shawnee, Bethany, Cassie, Christian, Hannah and Dylan; and his great grandchildren, Helix, Harvey, Paisley and Brecklen.
