He was predeceased by: his parents, Wayne Kuykendall and Alice Kuykendall; and his siblings, Elroy and Cleo. He is survived by: his wife Joan Kuykendall (Benhardt); his children, John Scott (Kelly), Dawn Kardokus (Rodney), Doug (Kelli) and Will; and his brother Richard Kuykendall. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
