He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Fey and Susie Fey; his wife Phyllis Fey; his siblings, Everett Fey (Bud), Roy Fey, Harlan Fey, Lola Augustine, Susie Nickolas (Brib), Eva Rosenau, Nellie Heimgartner and Lois Fraser; and his grandsons, Tyler Fey and Jessie Fey.
He is survived by: his wife Phyllis M. Crawford-Parsley; his sister Vivian Daniels; his children, Jim Fey, Cindi Fey (Brud Russell) and Helen Trautman (Dan); and his stepsons, Jeff Parsley (Margaret) and Tim Parsley (Charlotte).
