He was predeceased by: his parents, August Brammer and Wanda Brunsiek Brammer of Cameron; his wife Jo; his brother Harold; his sister-in-law Fern Brammer; and his in-laws, Mary E. "Beth", Harold Presnall, Amy and Lloyd Farrington.
He is survived by: his sister Mildred Brammer; his children, LuAnn Griffith (Dan), Russell Brammer (Suzanne) and Gary Brammer; his grandchildren, Kelsey Griffith, Cary Griffith (Kayin), Courtney Johnson (Jared), Drew Brammer (Cindy), Garrett Brammer (Chelsey) and Joanna Utke (Chad); his great grandchildren, Anaya, Amalea Griffith, Huxley Johnson, Jayden, Rylan, Makynna Brammer and Adelaide Utke; and his friend Lucille Schmieder. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions in Cecil's name may be made to Cameron Emmanuel Lutheran Church, the Juliaetta-Kendrick Ambulance Fund or to a charity of the donor's choice.
