She was predeceased by: her parents, John Travis and Gladys Travis (Webb); her husband Wesley Perkins; her son Michael Perkins; and her siblings, Jerry Travis, Loretta Fausett, Judy Flather and Herb Travis.
She is survived by: her children, Wes Perkins, Jr. and Randy Perkins (Mary); and her siblings, John Travis, Linda Miller and Reggie Travis. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, twenty-three great-grandchildren.
