He was predeceased by: his parents, William E. Watts and Ethel Watts (Mellor). He is survived by: his former wife Barbara Ketten; his wife Carol Watts (Buroker); his children, Philip Watts (Vicki) of Aloha, Kevin Watts (Cindy) of Hampstead and Diane Brewer (Jim) of Athol, Idaho; his stepchildren, Joe Kenser (Ronda) of Lewistown, Debbie Bircher (Kip) of Kingston, Kevin Kenser (Jeanette) of Kellogg and Sherry Card (Gordie) of Laurel, Montana; and his brothers, Warren Watts (Ann) of Asotin and Robert Watts (Mary) of Kent, Washington.. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
The family suggests that memorials may be made to the charity of the Donor's Choice.
