He is survived by: his brother Mayor Roger Lloyd Fulton; his spouses, Maxine Fuhriman and Alma Knapp; his children, Allen Fulton (Debbie) of Pinehurst and Carol Jacobs (Ron) of Rose; his stepchildren, Judy Hanks (Don) of St. Maries, Julie Nelson of Lewiston, Jerry Nelson (Cathy) of St. Maries and Diana Perry (Lyle) of Oregon; his grandchildren, Stacy Kendrick (Jeff), Travis Fulton (Amber), Marc Edwards (Alma), Christa Gray (Jeremy), Tanna Wicks (Craig), McKayla Perry, Tyler Perry, Chad Nelson (Reva) and Bret Nelson (Kelsie); his sister Lillian Ackenbach of Spokane; and also Kellogg. He is also survived by father, grandfather, great-grandfather.
