He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell McKinney and Grace McKinney (Price). He is survived by: his former wife Debra Zens; his close friend Liz Peak; his partner Liz Peak; his children, Jeff Higgins (Elise), Chuck Higgins (Marie), Crystal Staaben (Steve), Sureena Anabel (Derick), Josh McKinney and Lacey Peak; and also Lacey Peak. He is also survived by twenty grandchildren; four great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
