He was predeceased by: his parents, James Richard Derbyshire and Marilyn Derbyshire Decker (Hawley); his daughter Alecia; and his siblings, Rita Jean, Richard Bruce, Denyce Vina Hall (Derbyshire), Robert James and Francis Eugene Decker.
He is survived by: his wife Penny Derbyshire; his daughters, Jennifer Drobny (Arthur) of DeBorgia, MT and Sarah Simmons (James) of Kellogg, ID; his grandchildren, Isaac Wilkerson, Jacob Wilkerson, Audrey Burkgart and Sally Simmons; his siblings, Mary Ellen Duclos (Derbyshire), Linda Sue Saunders (Decker) and Tom Decker (Carrie); and his nephew James Roberts. He is also survived by his numerous nephews, nieces, cousins, aunts, uncles.
