He was predeceased by: his parents, John Galbraith and Effie Galbraith (Jenkins); and his granddaughter Joy Marie. He is survived by: his former wife Anne Thompson; his wife Josephine Galbraith; his children, Deann Anderson (Douglas) of Las Vegas, Nevada, Aaron Shinost of Thermopolis, Wyoming, Melissa Driskell (James) of Pinehurst, Idaho, Jacob Galbraith (Jennifer) of Vancouver, Washington and Marcia McGuire of Vancouver, Washington; and his siblings, Joseph Galbraith of Arkansas, Dorothy Morris of Nevada, Gayla Galbraith of Maine, Fred Galbraith of Idaho, Mike Galbraith of Alaska and Judy Thompson-Galbraith of California. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that memorials be made to Trout Unlimited.
