He was predeceased by: his parents, Edmund Sr. Renkey and Rose Renkey; and his brother-in-law William G. Battista. He is survived by: his siblings, Thomas Renkey (Mahala) of Malvern, Pennsylvania and Rose Ann Battista of Hartly, Delaware; his nephew Michael Renkey; and his niece Rebecca Battista (Travis Erickson).
