He is survived by: his mother LuAnn Weeks (Golightly); his wife Tiffany; his children, Teresa Weeks and Tyson Weeks (Nicole); his pets, Nestle and Axle; his adoptive children, Mitch Holman (Samantha) and Heather Anderson (Aric); his grandchildren, Paisley and Averi; his adoptive mother Sherlee Hawkins; and his siblings, Gary Weeks (Adele), Eddie Weeks (Wendy), Darla Coburn (Chris), Sharon Mercier (Jason), Robert Weeks (Shalyce) and Marie Klomp (Patrick). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
