He is survived by: his close friend Rhonda Reiss; his friends, Jack and Debi Moody; his close friends, Linda Weiss, Kent, Patti Meshishnek, Ray, Sally Salas, Jason Schaper and Kris Haas; his siblings, Nannette Lainhart, Terry Bonson, Jerry, John Mitchell and Carla Balbach; and his cousin Carol Ruark.
