With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Mary Souther of Kamiah, Idaho, who passed away on September 11, 2021 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lynus Walker and Isabelle Walker (Moody); her brothers, Jerry, John, Larry "Bibo" and Alan "Peewee"; and her grandson Franklyn Taylor.
She is survived by: her sisters, Connie Evans (Steve), Chris Walker of Lapwai and Shirley Guzman of Kamiah; her children, Kathy Taylor (Phillip) of Lapwai, Raymond "Spike" Souther (Denise) of Kooskia, Maple Stuivenga (Steve), Edward "EJ" Souther (Chere) of Kamiah and Wanda Souther of Lapwai; her sons-in-law, Tim Mendenhall of Lapwai and Bob Kirtland of Kamiah; and her grandchildren, Tanya Taylor of Toppenish, Wash., Chantelle Souther, Jennifer Konen (Cody) of Lewiston, Rachel Kirtland of Spokane, Joseph Simler of Spokane Valley, Wash., Matthew of Kamiah, Aidan of Kamiah, Abigail Souther of Kamiah, Roxanne Reed of Lewiston, Whitney Reed of Post Falls, Austin Mendenall of Kamiah and Puux. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews.
