She was predeceased by: her parents, Ashby Kinney and Vera Kinney (Freiboth); and her son-in-law Bob (Norris). She is survived by: her children, Charlene Harshman of Boise, Sandy Riggers (Roger) of Craigmont and Donald Frazier (Jeanette) of Caldwell; her sister-in-law Delpha Jorgensen of Seattle; her grandchildren, Cole Riggers (Briana), Candice Sjogren (Joel), Nicole Frazier and Joshua Frazier; her great grandchildren, Kylee, Sheridan, Stella and Noah; her pet Tippy; and her friend Carla. She is also survived by nieces, nephews.
A memorial service was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Faith Lutheran Church (603 Idaho St, Kamiah, ID 83536).
