He is survived by: his spouse Jackie Ebe; his brother Marion Ragains (Caroline) of California; his children, Terry Ragains of Lewiston and Vickie Jackson (Guy) of Wyoming; and his grandchildren, Mitch Ragains, Tara Tibetts, Samantha Skinner, Rickie Ragains, Chase Jackson, Breeana Reiner, Tyler Jackson and Shasta Porter. He is also survived by 21 great-grandchildren.
