She was predeceased by: her parents, James Harper and Betty Harper. She is survived by: her husband Ronnie Waggoner of Kamiah Idaho; her son Johnathan of Kamiah Idaho; her grandson Bryson of Navarre; her siblings, Jimmy Harper, Percy Harper of Fox Lake, Jeannie Miller (Ronnie) of Nesbit, MS and Patricia Harper Fox Lake; and her granddaughters, Kylie, Lauren and Aubrey.
