He is survived by: his former spouse Jackie Zentz; his significant other Nancy Martin; his children, Karla (Jerry), Doug (Vicky) and David (Rita); his grandchildren, Travis, Shelley, Trevor, Desiree and Dawnelle; and his great grandchildren, Jagger, Sawyer, Cooper, Morgan and Lavella.
