It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara Baldwin of Kamiah, Idaho, born in Roseburg, Oregon, who passed away on November 28, 2023, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Bernard Saar; and also Bernard Alfred Saar. She is survived by: her husband Fred Eber Baldwin; her children, Mathew Scott Baldwin (Kathyrn Miles) of Seattle and Kacie Lynn Baldwin (Matthew Slinger) of Seattle, Washington.; her brother William Alfred Saar (Arlee Jensen Saar) of Astoria, Oregon.; her nephews, David Saar (Johanna) and Eric Saar (Cherry); and her mother Helen Agnes Saar Babbitt.
