He was predeceased by: his former wife Joyce Hofmann Wood; his siblings, Norma, Lucille, Jocille, Verna, Mary, Ruth and Walter "Bud"; his parents, Walter M. Wood and Edna J. Mills; and his son-in-law Raymond.

He is survived by: his wife Nancy Ann Bridwell; his sister Wilma Kinzie; his children, Tim Wood (Stu), Robert "Tony" Wood (Kathi) and Teri Wise; and his stepdaughters, Debra Monson (Kevin) and Sandy Neffendorf (Bill). He is also survived by 4 Grand Children, 2 Great Grand Children; as well as numerous relatives and friends.
